A bio-diversity park comprising of additional 100 acre, is to be developed in the Aravalli mountain range of Panchayati land of village Kasan in Gurugram.
Haryana Government has already approved the development of park on this land, which will not only increase the green cover in the area but also improve the environment and increase the ground water level. This will also enhance the Panchayat income too.
Haryana Government Forest Minister said that all of us should take responsibility for planting saplings, growing them and taking care of them and for this full cooperation will be given by the Forest Department by developing nurseries to provide plants and give information about the plant care.
This will be in addition to already developed Biodiversity Park in the area of Municipal Corporation near village Nathupur while coming from Faridabad to Gurugram.
