House Prices have continued to climb upwards post pandemic due to increased demand, low supply inventory as well inflation led rise.
Return to office, higher purchasing power have led to increased demand. In-spite of interest rates up since couple of quarters has not dampened the demand.
The demand supply has led to house prices up and this trend is likely to stay in coming months.
